All classes are for all levels of expertise.
AGE
All Classes offer differentiated instruction. All ages 5 and higher are welcome.

DANCE ATTIRE
Lappa (Sarong Skirt), Leggings, Tank/T-Shirt. All class instruction with barefoot or dance shoes.

Djapo Cultural Arts Institute will engage with the community in a 9-Week Fall Session of African and Diaspora Arts Programming that culminates with Kwanzaa concert at the Cleveland public theatre December 18-20, 2026
9-week session of community arts programming beginning WEEK of SEPTEMBER 28th & ENDING through DECEMBER.
