Vendor Guidelines
Vendor Requirements
1. All Vendors must bring a table, 10 X 10 Tent, chair(s) and your own table cloth
2. Each Vendor will receive one Tent ID tag that should be visible at all times
3. Set up time on Saturday is between 8:00AM - 10:00AM and breakdown is 8:00PM (Cain Park)
4. Set up time on Sunday is between 9:00AM-11:00AM and breakdown is 6:00PM (Pivot Center)
5. Only Vendors on the paid approved vendor list will be allowed to setup. Bring vendor approval email as confirmation.
6. Space assignments will be given on a first come first served basis for registered Vendors only
7. All Vendors Must Be Set Up On Time. You will not be able to setup if you're not on time.
8. Vendor payments (nonrefundable) are required with Vendor Agreement
*Please Note: Your Vendor Booth will be set along the path in a park (Rain or Shine).
Please bring your own floor covering, since the ground could be wet depending on the weather conditions (We don't anticipate rain, but its best to be prepared)
